My husband and I have owned sleep number brand for 20 years. Recently we purchased a new model and absolutely love the comfort of the mattress. The delivery and set up on our new purchase was a ridiculous event. We were informed by the scheduling department that delivery would be between 6 to 9pm. The truck arrived around 8, and installation took 1 1/2 hours. The delivery men indicated that they were not permitted to carry tools.
