Horrible beds for the price they sell! Basically an airbed covered in pads!

I made 5 calls trying to get someone to move our bed. On first call I had to pay $193 before they could schedule someone to come to my house and it would be 3 weeks! Second call some one could come from Peoria instead of Cedar Rapids and would be January 9. Someone would call me in 24 hours! No call! Next calls the computer wouldn't allow someone closer! I asked to speak to a supervisor--they would call within 3 days! No calls! Cancelled the move and asked for a refund. That will take 3 weeks to get credited back to my accou... read more
