Janice was great she really knows her stuff. She was professional, friendly and courteous. She explained the benefits and the difference of each brand that interested us. She was also very patient and took the time to make sure we understood

I have a sleep number I8 a split king. I notice that I would wake up each morning with bites on my body and soon found out I had bed bugs. After reading online there are several people who have or had the same problem with this bed. When contracted sleep number customer service their comment is they don’t know anything about their products having bed bugs. They are just telling a lie. After 4 yrs turns to junk. Don't let the "10" year warranty they push if you buy extra things fool you.

Beds are nice. Wasn't loving the sales staff that assisted us. With so many ways to purchase a quality bed online I didn't enjoy going through the paces of the sales demonstration. It might be fine far some, but I found it off-putting and similar to used car sales.
