they did not deliver my mattress on the delivery they provided me after already waiting almost a month. They just no call/ no showed me!! absolute worst customer service experience. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my purchase.

I’ve called the store and left several messages but have not received a call back. I’ve called the 1800 number 2 times and have done the online chat. The customer service for sleep number is HORRIBLE. We worked with Chelsey but she was to busy to truly help us so halfway through she turned us over to Ben. The bed was financed against my credit, in my name but for some reason they made our Sleep Number account in my boyfriend’s name. Their customer service sucks. I paid close to 4 grand for a bed in November of 2019. Since the day we got it one side squeaks any time you move it. They said to have someone take a look at it it will cost a minimum of 100 bucks. This is the second sleep number bed i have purchased. it will be the last.
