Worked with Chris to purchase a new mattress. He was wonderful to work with, showed us all of the options and was knowledgeable about the product. Made the process easy and no longer than it needed to be without rushing us. Very positive experience. Manager was also nearby to assist and he was terrific as well overseeing the process but not pushing into Chris’ lane or making us as the customer uncomfortable. Also very knowledgeable and able to keep things on track as needed.
Every thing went smooth. He knew what he was doing. Explain every thing in a manner that we understand.
Malik provided terrific service and help us choose the right mattress for us. No high pressure up selling, just courteous and friendly explanation of options. Had the occasion to follow up on an item we ordered. Once again, friendly courteous and professional. Highly recommend Malik and Sleep Number.
