DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! They will not refund the bases and they charge $250 to return your mattress. They came to pick up mattress and took my control box from my base. So I spent the next 3 nights sitting upright as my base had no power. Their response from the stupervisor on the phone was and I quote “I have the power to do whatever I want and I’m choosing to not compensate you for poor service. Have a good day”. Pretty poor service for $7k bed……
Mandy was so patient and informative, she made our bed buying experience much less painful 😉
I have suffered with back problems for so long. Even after I had a spinal fusion I still had issues. That all changed with my sleep number mattress. Thank you, Mandy and your amazing staff. You change my life for the better.
