This place offers great service. We already have a bed and went on with a question. Even though we weren't here to buy something, we were treated so nicely. They answered our question, even had the little part we needed and sent us merrily on to our next errand

250 is the magic sleep number. $250 for a delivery fee to a home 1/4 mile away from store. There is no option to take with you, which I understand, but holding delivery hostage at that price is unacceptable. Need to exchange under their 100 day sleep warranty? That’s $250. (Nice warranty!). Need to return it bc all of this terrible customer service has you wanting to be done with this crooked company? $250. My advice….skip this fraud and go elsewhere. And be sure to add the tax the to $250.
