Great people and their products are the best.
Scott treated us well from the beginning and made the whole process smooth and painless. Our bed has since been delivered and we love it.
250 is the magic sleep number. $250 for a delivery fee to a home 1/4 mile away from store. There is no option to take with you, which I understand, but holding delivery hostage at that price is unacceptable. Need to exchange under their 100 day sleep warranty? That’s $250. (Nice warranty!). Need to return it bc all of this terrible customer service has you wanting to be done with this crooked company? $250. My advice….skip this fraud and go elsewhere. And be sure to add the tax the to $250.
They might have a decent bed who knows cause you’ll never get it delivered. After cancelling my plans for a redelivery today they have lost the bed and want to reschedule 10 days from now. Worst delivery service ever.
