Kristine was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the bed options and accessories. More importantly, she gave honest opinions without overselling on the many items we discussed. Walked away very happy and excited for our new bed!
My partner and I bought a Sleep Number with the adjustable base for around 5,500. We were expecting an incredible bed, especially for that price. After a week of having said bed, my side started to deflate. We tried all the trouble shooting methods on the website. Customer service has NOT helped. Nothing has worked. We are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. We are going to return our bed, as we expected so much more. Kristine Moses was my salesperson. Very knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and gave great recommendations. She gave me all available discounts and got me a total bedding package. I will definitely purchase from Kristine again!
James was very helpful. He knew his products and was able to explain everything easily. we were in and out in 15 minutes with the purchase a new bed!
