My partner and I bought a Sleep Number with the adjustable base for around 5,500. We were expecting an incredible bed, especially for that price. After a week of having said bed, my side started to deflate. We tried all the trouble shooting methods on the website. Customer service has NOT helped. Nothing has worked. We are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. We are going to return our bed, as we expected so much more. Kristine Moses was my salesperson. Very knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and gave great recommendations. She gave me all available discounts and got me a total bedding package. I will definitely purchase from Kristine again!
James was very helpful. He knew his products and was able to explain everything easily. we were in and out in 15 minutes with the purchase a new bed!
Lied to about the return policy on the base. Very disappointed with the lack of thoroughness when it came to signing the paperwork which was later used against me. Edit; Very difficult to find on the website especially if your not coming in anticipating buying the base, there is no literature surrounding this at the registers, and it’s hidden in the paperwork.
