While their beds are good, their customer service after you buy the bed is terrible. The bed is under warranty for 10 or more years, but each year you have the bed, it pays for less and less of the cost of any of the parts. Labor is not included in the warranty and in order to even make an appointment for service of the bed, you have to pay $190 ahead of time. My partner and I bought a Sleep Number with the adjustable base for around 5,500. We were expecting an incredible bed, especially for that price. After a week of having said bed, my side started to deflate. We tried all the trouble shooting methods on the website. Customer service has NOT helped. Nothing has worked. We are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. We are going to return our bed, as we expected so much more. Kristine Moses was my salesperson. Very knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and gave great recommendations. She gave me all available discounts and got me a total bedding package. I will definitely purchase from Kristine again!
James was very helpful. He knew his products and was able to explain everything easily. we were in and out in 15 minutes with the purchase a new bed!
