Mitchell was very knowledgeable on all products. Very patient and enjoyable to work with during the purchase.
Recently went into Sleep Number store on Rivers Ave North Charleston SC. Went in buy the new Comfort Mode mattress. Salesperson didn't pressure us into purchasing more expensive bed. Love my sleep number beds had them since 2012. Now master and spare bedroom are all sleep number beds.
I bought the base to go with the bed and they constantly slide apart. The mattress is always moving to the side or the bottom so every night I lose my pillows in the crack. They never stay together and it drives me crazy. I hate that I wasted my money on something that irritates me.
Great Service, Mitchell Was My Salesperson, Very Knowledgeable On SleepNumber Products, And Found My Perfect Fitting Bed Within My Budget. Would Definitely Recommend.
