BUYER BEWARE- I bought a basic sleep number bed about 10 years ago and then decided to buy the SN 360 with heating and cooling for and astronomical $13,000 thinking it would be a great investment with a 15 year warranty. What a LIE, my bed was bought in March 2023 and the foot warmer device stopped working and we asked for it to be inspected by a technician.
