Highly recommend the Sleep Professional Zinar he was very helpful and knowledgeable I rate my experience a 10 because of him i purchased my Dual I8 sleep number smart bed.
Zinar was very helpful when I called with questions about my bed. He took time to ensure all of my needs were met.
Really I believe a 0 would be more appropriate. My daughter and I went to try mattresses out for me. We were able to try out the mattress I wanted to see but was quickly told to try a different more expensive mattress. The salesman controlled the number the entire time and would not place the mattresses on what I asked. He did for my daughter but not me. Not sure why I was unable to control the number on a bed I’m seeking to buy. He also continued to tell me misinformation about the mattress I came in to see. I had researche... read more
I purchased at the Sleep Number store on 71st. St. in Tulsa. Zinar was my sales associate, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was VERY THOROUGH in explaining everything and helped compare mattress models. At no time did I feel pressured. This brand came highly recommended. I’m sure I will be pleased once it arrives.
