Great experience with the staff at 71st! Purchased the i8 mattress after a very thorough demo of all of them. Highly recommend this place if you want better sleep!
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and Customer service. I highly recommend this business and Rosa at the 71st location in Tulsa made the whole process smooth and she created a loyal customer .
Let me start with I already sweat bullets talking to car salesman…… With that in mind my wife comes up with the genius idea to buy a Sleep Number Bed. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Rose, first name is Angelica but she prefers Rose. I’m a veteran so those vets that read this understand my humor better than most. Salesmen was extremely pushy and rude when discussing SleepNumber; the whole experience felt like an entire sales pitch instead of actually trying to figure out what’s comfortable. Salesmen also was oblivious to how much replacement parts would cost for the bed and said that it’s a different departments job. Very dodgy/sketchy. I’m sure plenty of people like their Sleepnumber but it felt way too much a sales pitch and dodgy salesmen activity.
