Walked in looking to purchase a mattress. Sales associate was helping another customer but we were not greeted at all. Not even a "welcome in we'll be right with you." We did walk around for a bit and did not see any other employees come out. We saw a couple of mattresses we were interested in but decided to leave since we were not acknowledged.
I really need to do this review. We were happy with sales person. I feel I wasn’t informed enough. I’m not the expert. The first issue was our fault due to bed size. They were great with switching to a more EXPENSIVE bed. The new bed ( king) was fine but because 1 mattress had VIBRATION not massage changed the whole picture. Long story short I have 2 very different mattresses with one side a completely different base. Feels and looks horrible because I roll down on to the other side.
