05.30.26 Daddy received the top of the line in CPAP machines, the ResMed AirCurve 11 ASV set, ordered by Dr. Clerk and shipped from Kadence Healthcare in Union City. Since dad has only Mild EF Heart Failure, he's good to go using ASV vs regular CPAP, if EF is less than 45% ASV isn't recommended. 05.29.26 Received my ResMed AirCurve 11 ASV kit on 05.26.26 sent from Kadence Healthcare. I have been using it since 05.28.26 and it is already helping me not feel tired upon waking. 1st night I used it for 4 hrs, 2nd night I used it for I think 7 hrs. 04.21.26 Dr. Clerk ordered the CPAP for daddy, just waiting for the CPAP company affiliated with his insurance to schedule an appt for mask fitting. We'll wait to see if daddy can actually tolerate use of CPAP before purchasing the travel sized version. Total waste of my time and money going to see this doctor. Like every sleep doctor in the area it seems that quantity is better than quality and Dr Clerk is no different. Every experience I have had here has been poor. The beds in the rooms where sleep studies are performed are hard as a rock and I could not sleep without a pill and even then it was difficult. Thank you for both my Sleep studies; 1 at baseline and 1 using CPAP. Dr. Clerk, his office manager lady and night technician Glen were all lovely. Facility is clean and everything was well maintained, though no showers available so must drive home to remove sticky paste all over the scalp (used to attach nodes for monitoring).
