I have seen Dr Sesi for several years. Very pleased.
Well, things have definitely improved here. The eceptionist is on top of appointments, rescheduling. Had a telehealth appt because of Dr. rescheduling, and that’s fine with me. Dr was professional and knowledgeable and suggested testing I was not expecting. Insurance caused me to switch doctors, so we’ll see how it goes. But so far, so good.
Getting bills 2 years after the fact. Spend 2 hours in the office and spend more time talking to the medical assistant than the whole 10 min with the doctor. Will never come back and will not recommend.
Worst experience ever with a medical “professional” waited 45 minutes in office with no contact, they kept my license and medical insurance, had to drive back 30 minutes to retrieve. $502.00 for a 4-minute consultation. Then after being told, I need a sleep apnea test never heard another word from them or receive any follow up. Avoid!!!
After three messages without a call back I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone to make a new appointment. The person who answered was either brand new or wasn't trained on how to make appointments. It was a VERY awkward and frustrating experience that took 19 minutes.
