This office does not appear to me to routinely offer in person appointments which I am generally uncomfortable with. Having to do telehealth visits is proving to be a challenge for me as I indid up missing an appointment because something briefly came up and forgot to start the session. No apparent attempt to alert me from the doctors office was made so now I have to reschedule. Getting the office on the phone is proving more difficult every time I make an attempt. Dr. Nayak has truly been the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, takes time to actually work with you on what is going on- instead of just getting the appointment over with like other doctors I have had, and she has the best attitude. She helped me get on the proper medications for my sleep and advocated for me as well. She truly is a miracle worker and I am so thankful to be her patient.

Update in response to owner response: you do realize that you are talking to a rn don’t you? I was literally shown by better night an unsigned order!!! After twenty years of nursing if there is one thing I know it’s an unsigned doctor order!!! In addition your office staff told me exactly how many times I had called. That right there tells me they were just watching the caller ID and not answering phones. Also I left better night with a CPAP with original providers settings not Dr Desai. They’re very unprofessional from get go. I reached out to them to help with my insomnia. They paired with a RN even though I wanted to go with an MD offering no choice. She started experimenting various different things on me and my symptoms got progressively worse. She immediately stopped and went different route and also suggested to me on SSRI and stuff which was absolutely not needed for me I got tired and frustrated, and went to a different doctor. Dr Desai seems pretty good all that, but the medical staff there are a different story. Over the space of 5 days I called and left multiple messages both on voicemail and with the front desk and via text to try and obtain some samples of medications that the Dr. said the staff would be able to easily give me. I was hoping to try the samples and get a prescription before i headed out of town for a month (i inforned the front desk of that). But i heard nothing back.
