Update in response to owner response: you do realize that you are talking to a rn don’t you? I was literally shown by better night an unsigned order!!! After twenty years of nursing if there is one thing I know it’s an unsigned doctor order!!! In addition your office staff told me exactly how many times I had called. I saw the same sleep specialist for 20 years and really liked and respected him so when it came time for him to retire, I was terrified of not being able to even find a new doctor who treated my disorder much less one that was good and that I liked. I've been so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everyone at Sleep Medicine Consultants has been. They got me an appointment very quickly and Dr. Desai has been great! The staff are responsive, helpful, and friendly. Dr Desai is awesome. He takes time to listen and is very adept at tailoring a plan of care that fit my individual needs.
The sleep center near me closed with a retirement. The CNP, Madison Vick, I had been seeing moved to Sleep Medicine Consultants and it has been like nothing changed. Although I am now a greater distance from the office I was most recently able to easily schedule a virtual meeting which works great given the distance and my full time work schedule. Excellent care from a caring professional.
I am very appreciative of the care I received at Sleep Medical Consultants. I can't not fully express the high quality of care they have given me over the years. Dr. Nayad answered and explained all of my questions in detail. After receiving my Bipap machine I sleep better throughout the night. Thanks for your service and concerns in managing my health.
