If you make an appointment 6 months ago, they will do nothing to remind you of it. They will not send you an email, they will not call you, they will not send you a letter in the mail. They will then proceed to send you a bill in the mail for $50 call you a no-show, when you've never even stepped foot in the building or talked to anyone there. My experience overall with this practice has been great! Everyone that I’ve interacted with has been very pleasant, and my PA, Courtney, was incredibly kind and took great care to explain my options and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated how she saw me as a person and provided me information related to my specific situation that I’ve heard the contrary from previous sleep medicine providers elsewhere. Expected me to repeatedly sign my name to forms I wasn't able to see on their screen. Charged me $260 to run me around in circles and ultimately tell me there was nothing they could do for me. Nothing about my visit was welcoming or helpful.
