Absolutely horrible experience. First off, the scheduling office told me to come in at 10:00, but I was supposed to be there at 9:00. When I got there, I couldn't get into the facility! I pushed the button outside and instead of getting person, it just rang like a phone and went to voicemail. Luckily, Banner sleep medicine is right next door and they let me in.
