I called repeatedly and they never responded. They billed me for seeing a doctor that I never saw - even he was upset when I called him. They didn't bother to bill my insurance company, but sent me a bill. My insurance company had requested information from them numerous times, to no avail. This is a completely untrustworthy organization.

This place is a nightmare to work with. I had an appointment scheduled for a sleep study. I showed up and no one was there. So I rescheduled with another facility and still have not been able to get my money ($150) back that they require you to prepay before your appointment. I have talked to the ever revolving staff many times and continue to get the run around! I would never recommend this office to anyone!!! It has been 3 months since my scheduled appt and still no refund! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I needed to get a sleep study. I called around to get pricing since it is all out of pocket, having not reached my deductible. The Sleep Institute was a fraction of the cost for the same study I was quoted from the hospital. For the savings of so much money, I can definitely make the hours drive. Sleep studies are not enjoyable. There are so many wires. However, I must say, the sleep technician who was there to set me up was very professional and comfortable.
