Stayed at Sleep Inn and suites North Mobile for one night while visiting university of Mobile. hotel staff were very accommodating, room was very clean, excellent price. Breakfast was good, typical of comfort suites or Hampton Inn with good coffee, bagels, waffles, yogurt, etc.
Very polite and courteous staff and nice rooms. I wish the breakfast had protein choices, but everything was just right.
I very rarely leave bad reviews on any place or establishment this hotel double charged me for my stay. I have proof of credit card transaction and refuses to refund me. Very rude management unhelpful and uncooperative.
I booked this property due to its good ratings, inclusive fees, breakfast, and gym. However, I was disappointed. The breakfast had no meats, and the gym lacked a treadmill, forcing me to walk in an unfamiliar area. The room's remote was a "hotel" version and wouldn’t connect my media. At check-in, I was asked for a $50 deposit, despite the Expedia listing saying all fees were included. To avoid waiting for a refund, I went to Walmart for cash.
