Quite & fun
There's a lot of great things I could say about this place...it's super clean the rooms are huge and everyone is so nice but Duval...however you spell it ....he is the superstar here. Always smiling always happy and bends over backwards for anyone and everything. He's always amazing. We chose here after we checked it out first and we decided because of him this was the place for us and we have not been disappointed at all. He's a blessing and he definitely makes staying here a thousand times better than it already is.
I've stayed in literally hundreds of Choice Hotels, and I am a repeat guest at this one. It has been a few years since we've been here, and I am super disappointed at how it has gone downhill. Let me start by saying that the best part of our stay is the staff. They were professional and so accommodating and helpful. Five stars for them. Now the problems. Arrived for check in at 3pm on valentines day went to veiw room an it was horrible 😫 not properly cleaned i admittedly ask for a refund the worker refused to so I asked if it could be properly clean an he said no i was upset i ask for a manager he then got upset he called the police still refused to refund my payment then had us band from the hotal with a 300 dollar lost terrible experience
I had to stay at this hotel twice when the furnace went out at my house. Both times I stayed for a week. My stay here was absolutely great.The employees here are amazing!!!!! They’re very kind and professional. The room was clean and we have access to a laundry room which was very convenient. Also the hotel is located near a lot of stores. Groceries,retail ,gas stations and restaurants are all in close proximity of the hotel which is a plus. Also you get a nice complementary breakfast.
