We had a great check in. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the air was amazing. The bed was very hard my spouse and I could not sleep. Some of it was because I was in pain and could not sleep because I was having surgery but he just said the bed was to hard. We was next to train track but it was not bad never heard horns just train. The rooms were clean and basic. Everything worked. Has an indoor pool that is heated, tho I dont know why u would want to heat an indoor pool in the month of July in Shreveport. Found pieces of glass at bottom of the pool so be careful. Stayed 2 nights and on second day they came by room to ask if we wanted towels etc. Its a non smoking hotel and I guess the maid smelled something and went and made a claim that we was smoking in the room. We didn't. But they charged us 300 not once but twice and another charge of 50 dollars ... read more

I had a small issue during check-in with the person taking a photocopy of my ID, when I've stayed at several hotels without that being a requirement. The following morning, however, I spoke with the manager about it and was able to retrieve my personal information. I really do appreciate this, but still don't believe this is a good policy since it puts your guests personal information and risk.

Didn’t even get to stay in the hotel and tried booking through their website. They didn’t even book the room. Quoted me that it was $85 a night and then decided to double charge. I wanted to decline purchase as I didn’t feel comfortable. The guys names in question are Daniel and missael. They hung up on me and I had to call to get an actual manager. This hotel is awful. I figured I would enjoy my stay after seeing so many five-star reviews. I checked in before 6 p.m. because I needed a place to stay the night. I was told the fee was $144, including tax. Then my checking account shows that $25 was added for some reason. Furthermore, the room had extremely low water pressure and heat. I also stayed on the third floor, facing the hospital parking lot. Throughout the evening and night, whoever was above me—or if that is where the gym is—threw their weights down hard.
