Room was a good size, great bed, nice soft sheets. Tv was way too small. Overall a good room. The problem was the night clerk. When I checked in he was very unfriendly and couldn't have cared less about answering my questions and helping me out. He was clearly put out with being bothered by a customer. This guy definitely has the wrong job. But the last thing I need or want is having to deal with this jerk after a long drive. Come on Sleep Inn, you can do way better. You're not the only game in town and I would never go back

Booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub and the tub didn't work and manager wouldn't give me a discount. Fridge didn't work in my room or the double queen room I booked for my kids. The bed was super hard and I believe had bed bugs because I woke up with bites on my legs. The manager was rude when I called to follow up on a discount for my room since the jacuzzi didn't work. Also the jacuzzi tub is in the bathroom and not in the room near the bed where you can watch TV which I didn't like. The shower was small in the suite due ... read more
