Hotel is very dated. The Elevator made loud noises. Light bulbs out.
Our toilet didn’t work or the phone. The night clerk moved us to another room, but it only had one king bed and a pull out couch. My sons were uncomfortable on the pull-out couch bed. One of my sons ended up sleeping on the seat cushions on the floor because he was so uncomfortable. I forgot my conditioner and decided to use the conditioner on the wall of the shower stall, only to find it was empty. Quick review - spotless rooms and public areas, fantastic staff, good breakfast, but the beds in the king room and the accompanying pillows are not great. Longer review - The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and smelled nice. The A\C blasted us down to whatever temperature we wanted. The shower was a bit short (for 6'3"), but had water pressure and got hot. The staff was fantastic andreally worked to be friendly and fun with our toddler - which is always a plus. We had a long day of driving but we're greeted by the front desk worker Wesley, that instantly made us feel welcome with his friendly service. He even gave us dinner recommendations! The room we had was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was above average compared to our previous stays as well, with options like eggs and bacon. Everything we needed was within a few miles of the hotel. Definitely recommend it, and we will be back!
Love this place. Front desk people are great. And the housekeeper girls are great.
