Can't tell you much except they don't rent to locals. My money is just as good as someone from another state. Your grouping good peoplewith bad people

The outside doors are propped open all night and a random guy was sleeping in the parking lot on a trash bag when we arrived. Housekeeping pounded on the door at 8am to see if we vacated the room yet even tho the checkout is 11am. When asked why we were disturbed, we were told that we didnt use the do not disturb sign. There wasnt one in the room, so make sure to ask for one unless you want an unasked for wakeup call.

Front desk person checking us in very rude. grabbed my credit card out of my hand when the card reader wasn't functioning properly, gave a heavy sigh when I asked her to repeat something she said as it wad difficult to hear her low volume voice. The room was in need of attention as one of the TV remotes had some type of residue on it...gave me the yuck factor, even though as have sanitizing wipes and wipe down all surfaces, switches and remotes. Very clean and quiet, even though there is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood.

While we stayed there we had 2 rooms. One room had no hot water and the other room had no cold water. The water in the shower was scolding hot. It was miserable. They apparently got a new boiler but we had the same issues before the new boiler.
