Remodeling lobby area but upper floors finished. Beautifully done! Our room was comfortable. We felt we were in a much more expensive hotel! The only disappointment was the breakfast. The dining area was quite attractive. However, not a fan of the packaged breakfast sandwiches. We appreciated the food options. All three of the cereal choices were sugary, for kids, rather than adults.
Disgusting hotel staff and rude. A male staff (manager) knocked on my door while a "do not disturb" sign on my door to "check on me." He did not call from lobby and knew I was alone with only one other guest in hotel.. It was very predatory and I reported it to corporate and checked out. Internet does not work AT ALL and they intentionally created noise, banging, and loud music when I came to the lobby for a Zoom meeting!
