Renée at the front desk made it a great experience. Really appreciate her going out of her way to accommodate my stay. Hotel is in great location for UA stuff, really good mid-week price, and service couldn't be beat.
Terrible place to stay. The staff was horrible
My husband recently stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites Tuscaloosa East, and we had a very concerning experience. At 8:00 AM, a staff member entered his locked room without knocking despite a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign. He was undressed at the time, making this a serious breach of privacy and guest safety. When he reported it to the front desk, the manager’s response was dismissive and unprofessional.
