Well it was a ok stay but I did notice a musty odor in the room I bought air freshener to keep the smell down and I found hairs in the bathrooms and some was in the supposed to be clean dry towels
Tried to get in touch with my daughter and the operator could not get me through to her room and hung up on me and then would not answer and said oh my God what kind of service is this?
The rooms are good and clean T.V works well . The price that I paid for the room was very fair at this location since its near Gulf shores. I highly recommend for families/ Contractors to stay here.
I booked this location and should have read the reviews but did not. The Manager is rude and has no costumer service. The hotel smells and has horrible odor. The rooms were dirty and the bed covers had spots on them because they need to purchase new linen. The trim LOOKS NOTHING like it’s pictures! DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION! I will be reporting them to BBB for being dishonest and false advertising! This hotel is ridiculous DO NOT BOOK IT- you will be sorry.
