We made a reservation through Expedia, and when we arrived, the man at the front desk said there were no rooms available. When I questioned about the reservation, Joe at the front desk started to get irate. Honestly, we should have been the ones upset, but Joe was the most unprofessional, and irrationally frustrated person I've ever encountered in customer service. one word::: NIGHTMARE! I get there; no one at the desk. For at least 15 minutes. Then a “young” woman comes out smiling, explaining that she was “in the restroom”. After explaining that I made a reservation online, she tells me that she can’t look up anything on the computer, AND there’s NO rooms. I call the third party I booked through, and they tell me that there ARE vacancies! GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
