I only give this establishment 1 star because they do not offer a zero star review! My wife rented a room at this establishment prior to Buckeye Country Super Fest. We attempted to check in a little early and were turned away with the PROMISE that our room WOULD be there after the concert. As we stood in their lobby following the concert we were trying to get a refund after being informed that they did NOT have our room available. Piss poor service , booked a king bed online and when i arived was told they had no rooms available for me. Place smells of mold when you walk in, when i asked about the over booking problem i was met with hostility and frustration from the staff. Absolutly fo not recomend staying here at all.
Do not rent a room online without calling to see if they have any rooms available. Super.com took my money and they had no rooms. They said they would send me a email to rebook me somewhere else . Been waiting for 5 hours and super.com will not answer me at all. This is ridiculous. Thank God the man here at Quality inn let me charge my phone and wait for new hotel info because I had no where to go. At 10 pm it was still listed under super.com that Quality inn had available rooms. Smh
