Went to visit anna marie beach for my birthday weekend and I booked here. We checked in and it was a horrible experience (they had bed bugs and roaches). Whenever we noticed that we was out. Thank God we didn't unpack anything. Didn't even stay in the room that long because from my understanding those things travel. We complained but our money was never refunded. Construction going on at all times of the day.. smells horrible, the ac in the room barely works, and the owner is extremely rude.
Dan at the front desk is always very helpful and efficient. For all of the negative comments, heads up; this is not the Ritz, basic accommodations, clean and quiet, and if it is not, the staff remedy that quickly. Update: I have had to stay several nights and the entire hotel is undergoing renovations. The updated rooms are very nice. One of the front desk clerks, Kandee, is an absolute joy.
