If you're NOT gonna be here before 4, do NOT book! I have been booking rooms for over a decade now and NEVER had this experience. Upon arrival I was checked in; it was at 8 p.m., unbeknownst to me because their policy is "if the person doesn't check in by 4 p.m. they charge the card they used to book the room" I had my card to pay for the room in hand and was told the above. You get what you pay for, but I expected better. As someone from a minority community, I hoped to be treated with respect because of what we are experiencing collectively, but that was not the case here. I stayed two nights while working in Atlanta, and it was a major disappointment. THE STAFF WAS RUDE. AGE should not come with rudeness. I expected Southern hospitality, yet I was treated like a criminal. When I had an issue with my room door, I was handled like a child. The rooms and building are clean but very tired. Dusty, rusted fixtures, horrible bed. Staff is not friendly or attentive.

It seems like a place that they are turning around. It’s small and quaint. Everybody was very polite. The room was clean, many things looked newly painted and replaced. I had a bed to sleep and a breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy here but for the price, that’s all I wanted. The parking lot was safe and well lit. Everything is cute, even the sitting area outside. I enjoyed my stay here.
