This hotel was very cozy, very. The pillows on my bed were relaxing. The host in kitchen , she was a sweetheart. The Spanish housekeepers was friendly and smiled. On Sunday was a male kitchen host he was nice. My hotel room #216 had some challenges with Air condition leaking lots of water. I went to look out my window and almost did a slip and fall. If you're NOT gonna be here before 4, do NOT book! I have been booking rooms for over a decade now and NEVER had this experience. Upon arrival I was checked in; it was at 8 p.m., unbeknownst to me because their policy is "if the person doesn't check in by 4 p.m. they charge the card they used to book the room" I had my card to pay for the room in hand and was told the above. You get what you pay for, but I expected better. As someone from a minority community, I hoped to be treated with respect because of what we are experiencing collectively, but that was not the case here. I stayed two nights while working in Atlanta, and it was a major disappointment. THE STAFF WAS RUDE. AGE should not come with rudeness. I expected Southern hospitality, yet I was treated like a criminal. When I had an issue with my room door, I was handled like a child.
