Sheets were not washed. I found 3 white hairs on my pillow, gross. Not a 5 star, this is a 2 star hotel at the most. I spent over 100 bucks to just sleep on that nasty bed, wash the damn sheets.
Upon check in the first room we had been assigned had black mold growing all over in the shower. The second room we had been assigned still had mold in the shower. The air conditioner had broken slats and was dirty. The room was almost 80 degrees Upon arrival. The beds were so hard it was painful to lay on them. They for sure haven't rotated them properly. The breakfast was very lack luster. Was very excited originally for the breakfast and it turned out to be mediocre. Most things were previously frozen or prepackaged.
Front desk works were very polite and courteous, very helpful
Staff was super friendly and professional. The only issues i would say that ibhad was the bathroom shower clearly had a bit of build up in it. Im not saying mold or anything, im just saying it could be rubbed down with some CLR and it would clear up the issue. Other than that, still a great place in a great location. Thanks for the experience
