Excellent staff. Clean updated rooms. But here's the thing. Beds are not comfy. Morning coffee is premix. Not a very good breakfast at all. Nothing says, I dont care than a crappy cup of coffee. Those two things I mentioned are important to me.
This is a pet friendly hotel that is why we chose it. We were with family on Christmas Eve and our dog was in the room. We received a call from the front desk claiming our dog was barking continually and if we did not come back to the room immediately we would be kicked out. He claimed he had to move guests because of our dog and we did not "declare' we had a dog. We immediately left our family Christmas to come check on our dog. Comfortable,clean rooms and very friendly service!
Good location. Easy to find. We really appreciated the staff being available for a late check in due to the weather. Very nice team of people.
Our room was ok. There was splatter of something on the walls, the water smelled like mildew and the vent in the bathroom never worked. We stayed multiple days and there were multiple times where we needed to get new keys. To top the trip off the last day we were there we get a very rapid knock on the door and by the time we looked at each other confused the door was already opening.
