I Stayed for Three days in October and was Very pleased with my room, comfortable bed and the quiet in the evening so I could sleep well. The staff was Friendly and showed Hospitality.The Housekeeping staff asked if I needed anything and kept the room very clean. Enjoyed my stay and will return.
I would have given a 5 until I found a pair of dirty socks that were definitely not mine in my bed at my feet while I was asleep. Grossed me out, they obviously did not wash the sheets on the bed and just remade it. Other than that hotel was quiet, rooms were fine, breakfast was decent.
I had Called for a room. The front Desk clerk answered I ask for availability he stated he had plenty of king room availability along with plenty double queen room availability what would you like I then stated I’d like a double queen room for two adults and a service animal and I have the documentation for my dog the clerk went on to say I do not have a room for a service animal and hung up on me… I was a little upset as I am a choice rewards points holder and have stayed with this branch many times before and have never be... read more
