Solid clean hotel for a one night stay.
Very clean, bright, and safe location. It was busy when we stayed, but all the clientele seemed friendly and conscious of others. Pool was busy but we still had plenty of room to play. Rooms were nice and had fridge and microwave. Staff was great. Thanks for a good stay on our road trip!
The main areas of the hotel are better than the room itself. The room smells bad and the carpets are dirty. Our keycard would hardly ever work. We had to go to the front desk numerous times to get it fixed just so we could enter our room.
I am visually impaired and checked into this hotel with my service dog. Adam at the front desk insisted that we stay in a pet friendly room with my service dog. According to federal law service dogs can be in any room in the hotel. Adam assisted still on placing us in a pet friendly room because other guests might have allergies. I explained to Adam that service dogs are protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act and allergies are not considered a disability. He still insisted on violating federal law. Worked out Great!!! Easy to find and get to. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! He gave us suggestions for dinner- we walked to Sickies a short walk. The room very clean and comfy- the Free bkfast was good. We would definitely stay again.
