The Front Desk Attendant Lied And Said There Was Smoking In The Room… There Were 3 Teenagers In The Room, Which Was Non Smoking… They Waited 4 Hrs After Check Out And Took $250 Out Of My Account For Said Smoking… But When I Called And Ask About The Charge… She Said It Was A Mistake On Their Part And Would Refund Me!!! My family stayed at Sleep Inn on Graham Road February 6 to 9 2026 We have been staying here from when hotel was built and have always been pleased until this weekend. Friday our toilet wouldn’t flush so that night my wife went down to office to report and they gave her a plunger to unstop herself. We continued to have issues the whole stay. Saturday evening didn’t have any hot water took cold shower. The remote control to tv didn’t work.
