Room had a shower curtain that fell right off, moldy water leaking from the AC on the wall, taped broken hlass on one of the picturesright above the bed, and when I asked to move rooms or maintenance to come fix the shower curtain rod, they said nothing could be done and since I booked through priceline, no compensation could be granted. At least the room had cold AC.
me & my girl friend had a wonderful 4 day stay. staff was super helpful with anything we need. definitely would recommend for people to stay here. the price was also great. will be staying here for our next trip up to college station.
There’s no way they got 9/10 stars. Location is fine for getting to campus activities. However, upon entering our room (306 I think it was), the light didn’t even work. And I’ve attached photos that speak for itself. The girls at the front desk were fine but we didn’t interact much with staff. However, when checking out and telling them about the loose sink faucet, the toilet paper holder that fell off the wall, non working light amongst other things, they seemed to be aware already.

Horrible service paid a 310$ bill at check in. Got a call at 10:30 at night said it was a authorization charge but was looking at my Amex showed them and said I’m not paying another 310$ until this charge was removed they sent someone upstairs knocked on our door and said I needed to pay again or they were calling PD to remove us. This is y this a 2* hotel avoid staying here stay at a motel 6 before this place. Everyone garbage here!!!
