Front Desk Jay was warm, welcoming, and just awkward enough to be charming. The man radiates “I have jumper cables in my trunk” energy. Check-in was smooth, like he’d been waiting for me all week. Room Clean-ish. Someone’s leftover ramen cups in a drawer — because nothing says “hospitality” like a stranger’s trash. Coffee machine missing a vital piece, so I steeped my coffee pod like it was chamomile. Minisplit kept things cool but tapped like a bored woodpecker. The service was ok. The rooms definitely need some work. The ceiling is moldy and peeling. It’s like a horror movie. I wouldn’t go back.
Sleep Inn & Suites in College Station is a great place to stay, especially on a budget. $60 gets you a comfortable suite with free breakfast in the morning. Our suite features a sofa, king bed, a chair, and a desk area with a TV. We're nothing short of comfortable. The location is perfect, there is Kroger and some other different restaurants and shops within walking distance. Don't forget to walk to Kolache Rolf's during your stay, it's not far and so yummy. This hotel asks for a deposit .... But everything is already broken !! We had to move twice because our AC in the room didn't work and then we finally got into a room with working AC but it had a horrible loud annoying buzzing sound that never ever stopped.... I felt like I was waiting for an airplane to take off . Wifi doesn't work . Office people were nice but rooms, no good
