Roaches! Dirty everything. I didnt see bed bugs but I have a bite on my skin however cannot confirm that it was that but other people did say they had them in their room. Shower head was moldy. The people weren't friendly but also werent mean either. Key cards have to be redone frequently. The lobby was the only thing clean. Booked with my family (2 adults 2 children) and only AFTER arriving they informed us they only take 2 people to a room, so not family friendly at all.
our rooms were unclean. beds and comforters had stains all over them. whole hotel smelled like weed and mildew. multiple rooms had mold in the showers or showers that didn't work at all. found bed bugs, bed bug eggs, and feces in 2 separate rooms. I came with a team and we all had to be moved to a separate hotel. not to mention the website photos and 90 percent of positive reviews are all either totally AI or heavily doctored by AI. came with school for our confrence for cheer, nasty rooms, found bed bugs, asked for a different room, found more bedbugs in the other room. super gross, uncles, showers were moldy. do not recommend, service was awful. the place smelt like weed all over. charged for towels upon request when there was more than one person in room. revived one wash cloth for 3 girls.
