Room was dirty, sheets were dirty and stained. Some type of small black, possibly bugs in the bed 🤬 Also, wanted to add, after trying to get some sleep - this is one of the noisiest hotels we've stayed at! We had people yelling down the hall late into the night and around 5 a.m. Ash at the front desk was very nice when we checked in! That's only positive we have to share.
Could not make reservations without having to use my card
Disgusting place. Insects, mold, dirty conditions throughout. The staff is rude. Homeless in the parking lot, pot and cigarette smoke in the corridors. It's a Choice Hotel, but they really don't care about the conditions. READ the reviews (I was in a rush and didn't)! Stay away from this place.
Stay here last night. First of all at the front desk the clerk hardly knew how to speak English. Finally got her to understand what I was saying. Got my room, opened the door. It's a handicap room. That's not the worst thing. The bed comforter was stained with some kind of brown and looked liked blood stains. The bathtub looked like it ha never been cleaned.
