OVERPRICED! Rates went up as high as $50 a day because they knew a lot of us were there for work. Air conditioner was broke, WiFi didn’t work, room service never brought new towels after days I had to keep asking, trash was always in the hallways for days and no one cleaned it. The breakfast? A joke don’t even waste your time going down there it’s horrible, the eggs were always wet, and I couldn’t even eat the waffle and I love waffles. Definitely a workers hotel. Hallways were dusty and carpets had dirty boot tracks. Noisy due to highway traffic. Breakfast was the best part.
Place was nice I travel with my wife and two kids for work and they never had a complaint about anything comfortable and clean
Be very careful if you stay at this hotel, it is a total rip off a 93 dollar room ended up costing me just under $300. Staff was nice but be careful when you book. I stay in 4 to 5 different hotels just about every week. Never had anything happen like this before terrible experience..
Ummmm, definitely not a boutique hotel. But easy access. Breakfast provided. Hospitality was great. What’s not to like? Clean and decent rooms. Nothing to complain about. Just “dated”. But as pricing goes for a quick business trip it was the perfect choice. No safety issues or concerns.
