My Husband traveled here for work, and left his clothes in the closet, and the staff and manager have been so helpful getting them back to us. They offered to have fedex come and grab them and were so friendly! The manager is Mrs. PRIYA . We appreciate the service
Room 125 wasn’t even clean, my child came to me with a nasty toy cup found in the room and put it towards his mouth, I didn’t want to bother the staff because I know how jobs can be and out of everything the staff here wants to call my uncle about a stain on the blanket ? And charge him $85 for replacing it? You can buy a whole bed spread for $45. So $85 is insane. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this hotel. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and asked if I could check in. The front desk told me I could, but suggested I book online because the rate was cheaper. After I paid $110 for a non-refundable reservation, they refused to let me check in. The manager told me I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. When I explained that I had been told I could check in, they said the only way to get a room immediately was to pay an additional $90 at the front desk.
