Absolutely ruthless people managing this business. My vehicle broke down & I was unable to make it to my pre booked room. I explained everything & the management denied my refund request multiple times. Unreal & very evil. DO NOT book with these thieves
We had no issues at all the staff was very friendly and helpful BUT the day before we were supposed to check out we were randomly charged $300 in 3 separate charges. We did NOT approve or authorize these charges nor were we told that we would be charged. After speaking with the manager she said something was wrong with their system and they would refund the charges. Only one charge has been refunded so DO NOT allow this property to save your card information on file because they will charge you for absolutely no reason. EDIT... read more
