Find some where else to go. They are not doing their job. They do not answer the phone, will not call you back. They just don't care about you once they stick you with a machine. The person I work with is like a use car sales men all he cares about is the bottom line, giving you a machine and billing the insurance company. Do NOT go anywhere near this place. They will gladly serve you and then when you call them out on their unethical and downright illegal business practices, they will refuse to even call, let alone apologize. Found out today that the owner is a lawyer, so enough said. Go to a reputable facility with an owner who will have the common courtesy to respond when they make mistakes instead of blaming and justifying and refusing to own up to anything.
