Find some where else to go. They are not doing their job. They do not answer the phone, will not call you back. They just don't care about you once they stick you with a machine. The person I work with is like a use car sales men all he cares about is the bottom line, giving you a machine and billing the insurance company. He gives you use machines without letting you know in open boxes with no manual, if you question him he yells at you. If your machine needs service you are at a lost about that. RecommendedI'm so happy to be a patient here. They do everything right that all the other places get wrong. Anytime I need help, they email me back right away. They are helpful on the phone. I felt comfortable during my tests. My doctor is incredible and helped me get the diagnosis and treatment I needed.
Do NOT go anywhere near this place. They will gladly serve you and then when you call them out on their unethical and downright illegal business practices, they will refuse to even call, let alone apologize. Found out today that the owner is a lawyer, so enough said. Go to a reputable facility with an owner who will have the common courtesy to respond when they make mistakes instead of blaming and justifying and refusing to own up to anything. Made appointment for tech to come to house and set up home study equipment, 45 minutes after appointment time I called. They wanted to call tech directly to fine out what is going on, no answer. I called back and they looked for appointments. She had not put it on schedule. They have no idea what happened. I set time aside on my schedule to be home and no show on their part .
It's a bootleg operation. One dude that randomly works when he feels like it. The phone is often not answered, and at times they were not there when I showed up.
I would not recommend this facility. I have yet to receive a call back from them about rescheduling a home sleep study test. Only to call in and have them tell me she will contact you shortly to hear nothing. Then to follow up and get blown off again is ridiculous.4 phone calls in a week and still no results! Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere
