Very poor experience. Blue Cross of Texas deserves some of the blame, however Mayra Guzman (patient care representative) did nothing to help my situation and I was treated as if I was of little importance. Upon repeated attempts my phone calls were not returned and when refusing a return phone call I would simply be put on hold forever. I will not return!
