I dropped off the device from my initial consult this morning. The lady at the front desk tells me she was about to go over my results, then starts grilling me on my sleep. I told her all the answers were filled out in the questionnaire... she then proceeds to gaslight me and say, "Oh, so you're not that tired then". Are you out of your mind? Well not knowing much about cpap. But when buying a unit, shop around sleep fx over charges for the unit. My benefits only cover $2000 of the cost. Even if you have 2 benefits they only cover up to $2000. Not knowing this, I had to pull out of pocket $900 to cover the cost ( $2900 ) after the fact I had already paid with credit card. The guys at the sleep fx kept on saying that they usaully cover it under benefits ( nope ). Do your homework and shop around.

This place is amazing. The owner and staff remember me even though I only come in every few years. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The prices may not be the lowest but the service and knowledge are worth more than a few dollars. I have purchased 2 machines from them because of the service.
