I just had an initial set up appointment with Mason for Cpap therapy and I was so happy with my experience and customer service I received beforehand. After getting a sleep test and diagnosis at another clinic, I ran into problems after my insurance would not cover another sleep device and they were unable to help me. This clinic was more then willing to work with me and we found a solution so that I could get the help I needed that was affordable for me out of pocket. Mason is the only one there that knows what he is doing. No one cares to answer the phone and the lady at the desk is rude, condescending and unknowledgable. 5 stars for Mason, 0 stars for the kook at the desk.
I dropped off the device from my initial consult this morning. The lady at the front desk tells me she was about to go over my results, then starts grilling me on my sleep. I told her all the answers were filled out in the questionnaire... she then proceeds to gaslight me and say, "Oh, so you're not that tired then". Are you out of your mind?
