This place is amazing. The owner and staff remember me even though I only come in every few years. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The prices may not be the lowest but the service and knowledge are worth more than a few dollars. I have purchased 2 machines from them because of the service. Sleep FX has been my provider for 10+ years and, in the past, provided excellent customer service. Kelly was always a gem and very helpful. I was encouraged to buy my CPAP machine and accessories from them to have access to ‘close to home’ support when needed. I the past they have been accommodation but today not so much. I called to have my machine checked for a leak. I offered to drop it up and then pick it up later. I was told I could drop it off but couldn’t pick it up until tomorrow because they were fully booked today.... read more
