When I first did business with them, I originally gave them a 5 star customer service rating! Now, since making my purchase of a king-size adjustable bed with everything added for comfort, I can not get through on their phone to ask a simple question. Calling for many random days and, many random times of the day, always getting a busy signal. Not a good business practice!

After shopping multiple stores, we came back to Sleep First to specifically work with Latonya. She was absolutely amazing and very informed on all the mattresses. She patiently listened to what our needs were and helped us decide on exactly what we wanted. In the end, we left feeling great about our experience and would highly recommend not only shopping here, but with Latonya specifically. 5 stars!
