You are fully aware of the negative review. You don’t advocate for your customers, you immediately act like they are the problem when there’s an issue, you act like the victim…. I could go on and on about the issues with Mark lying and you defending him, and you sitting on your hands when the entire debacle.
I couldn’t be happier with the service! The movers were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care and set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it. The couch set is absolutely amazing — it looks fantastic and is even more comfortable than I expected.
