You are fully aware of the negative review. You don’t advocate for your customers, you immediately act like they are the problem when there’s an issue, you act like the victim…. I could go on and on about the issues with Mark lying and you defending him, and you sitting on your hands when the entire debacle.
I couldn’t be happier with the service! The movers were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care and set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it. The couch set is absolutely amazing — it looks fantastic and is even more comfortable than I expected. I never been there before and this was my first time going to Sleep Ezzz and I tell you what the most warm welcome that I ever experienced for a business they treat you like they are your own family and these people are the most caring and loving people I have ever met because I told them that I have stage 4 cancer and what was going in my life right now. Purchased our first King mattress from here! The customer service is great, we never felt pressured to buy anything. Everything was transparent throughout the sale and the store is military friendly. I liked that we got showed what was on sale and what were some beds that fit our criteria. Overall it just felt like very wholesome store unlike some chain stores in bigger cities.
