My purchase experience was phenomenal. David O, and you should ask for him by name, suffered through my incessant questions. Not once did he appear exasperated, no side eye, no rolling of the eyes. I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I’d say he should be promoted, but, then everyone else would lose out. Thus, I purchased my Tempurpedic Mattress and base. Thank you David!!!
