We needed to return a purchased mattress set under their 120 day satisfaction warranty. My wife wasn't happy with the bed. They did take back the mattresses, dut would not take the base that with them. That base was a third of the price. Otherwise I'd give 4, maybe 5 stars. Products are the same that everyone carries.
My wife and I worked with Kenny Petersen. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also he was low pressure and easy to work with.
We were greeted instantly when we arrived by Kenny who asked which of us we were shopping for (my son). He treated my teenage son with kindness, respect, and patience while he let him try a variety of mattresses to see what he preferred. Our experience could not have gone any better. They had the chosen mattress in stock and we were able to take it home the same day.
