I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Sleep Experience was too good not to share. I’d been mattress shopping for weeks and felt overwhelmed by all the options—until I came here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We purchased a mattress here a couple months ago. We quickly determined that the one they shipped us was much softer than what we had laid on in the store. Unfortunately, between our purchase and the time we contacted the store for options, the store had been purchased by a man named Adil. Adil convinced us, against my better judgment, to have the manufacturer ship us another of the same mattress, since ours seemed to be defective. We were in the market for a new mattress and Adil was very helpful. He guided us through the store and showed us the mattresses that were the best fit for us and within our budget. He was patient and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. He gave us a great deal on a mattress and adjustable frame. We have had the mattress for about a month now and love it. Would highly recommend this store.
Don and his team were amazing! We purchased 8 beds for our cabin and Don gave us a great price on very high quality mattresses that our guests have been raving about. Don was accommodating, communicative, and followed through on the whole process. High integrity business that provides great value with a straightforward approach.
Great customer service!!! They have a wonderful selection of mattresses that you won't find at other stores. You can't shop for a mattress online!!! It was very nice to go try brands like Leesa and Helix that are usually only sold online to make sure we found the right fit.
