I wish I could give negative stars. The office staff is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude. There is also no privacy here. I was given another person’s test results. Not only unprofessional, but a HIPPA violation. Don’t walk away from this place, run!
This was officially my 1st sleep study & so very important for me, as i have put it off for years, to finally get some answers/solutions for my sleep apnea/excessive sleeping & exhaustion that has begin to highly interfere with my life & day to day tasks as a mother and adult.. Literally they never answer the phone. I've left multiple voicemails no call back. I would not recommend recommend the saint clair shores location to anyone not even my worst enemy.
