Renee & the team at this location are fantastic. Renee is very direct about what to except with your sleep study and after, thoroughly explaining the process for you and encouraging questions. The nursing assistants I've interacted with while here are also great and extremely pleasant. Could not recommend this location any more if you have a sleep study consultation that needs to be scheduled.
I wish I could give negative stars. The office staff is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude. There is also no privacy here. I was given another person’s test results. Not only unprofessional, but a HIPPA violation. Don’t walk away from this place, run!
This was officially my 1st sleep study & so very important for me, as i have put it off for years, to finally get some answers/solutions for my sleep apnea/excessive sleeping & exhaustion that has begin to highly interfere with my life & day to day tasks as a mother and adult..
