I have been struggling with this company for many months to try and obtain my husband's CPAP supplies. They don't have records of your order, have lost my husband's chart, and cannot seem to bill the insurance correctly. He cannot breathe at night, and this business don't even seem to care. They are just plain rude to deal with. I do not recommend.
First, I wish I could rate this place with negative stars, as 1 star is considerably more than this company deserves. Secondly, my experience with Sleep Disorders Institute has been one of the worst experiences I have had in dealing with a business. The office staff are disrespectful. They act as if they do not have time for you or that you are a bother to them. They do not return phone calls whatsoever. Furthermore, they are incompetent.
