The technician Hanif was excellent: respectful, cordial, clear, helpful. He bailed me out of the first bed that had been assigned to me. It's springs were so squeaky they would have kept me awake all night. Upon my expressed concern, he settled me into anther room, perfect bed, and I slept as well as can be for me. Clinic was very clean, sheets and blankets fresh. It was a good experience. Thank you.
After a long wait, I was fortunate to have my sleep disorder study completed at the Linwell site in St. Caharines. Having never had this type of assessment overnight, I really did not know what to expect. I arrived early for my 7:50 pm appointment and the door was locked and lights out. I was relieved to see cars pull up to the back and two techs entered the back and opened the clinic for the night ahead. Just got back from my second time being there, getting set up for my mask. The place is very clean and as comfortable as can be, it’s quiet. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and gives you the info you need to find the right machine for you. Thank you Hanif! Don’t hesitate if you have trouble sleeping, investigate, these guys will help you on your path to having a longer life.
I had a great experience during my overnight sleep study. The clinic was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I went in for my first sleep study last night, and had the pleasure of having Hanif as my technician. He was kind, caring, friendly, efficient, and had a good sense of humour; he made the experience as pleasant as possible.
