Staff was nice ..until you had to use the bathroom during the night..felt bad ..thus couldn't go back to sleep at 430

The technician Hanif was excellent: respectful, cordial, clear, helpful. He bailed me out of the first bed that had been assigned to me. It's springs were so squeaky they would have kept me awake all night. Upon my expressed concern, he settled me into anther room, perfect bed, and I slept as well as can be for me. Clinic was very clean, sheets and blankets fresh. It was a good experience. Thank you.
