The experience was a good one thanks to my Technician Hanif. He made certain I was relaxed and explained each step as it occurred. Hanif was personable, kind and ensured my sleep study was as comfortable as possible. Thank you Sleep Disorders Clinic and Hanif.
I had my testing done this past week. I had been anxious about it but upon my arrival I felt very safe and comfortable. My technician was Hanif who's thoughtful and caring disposition helped alleviate any concerns I had. My room was very private and quiet. I need was very good at explaining the procedure what happens, when & how. He also went through being able to communicate with somebody for assistance during the night. Hanif was very kind and gentle, taking the time to explain everything he was doing and the whole process. He was very thorough and respectful, making for a pleasant experience.
