Room was clean and staff were friendly. Technician Hanif was professional and efficient. The whole experience for my sleep clinic was better than I expected.
I had a sleep study done here about 7 years ago and it was an experience to say it mildly lol but the people working here were amazing , super friendly , knowledgeable and they made a weird uncomfortable situation feel a whole lot better ! Very professional and yet personable and unjudgemental . I have recommended this place to a couple people who needed a study done and they too were very impressed.
Attended Linwell Avenue location for my sleep study. I was greeted by Hanif who showed me to a room. He thoroughly explained what would be happening and what I needed to do. Things went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable Hanif was at all times professional and helpful. All told a very pleasant experience
Just had my sleep study done last night. My room was clean and comfortable, and my bed was bigger than your standard hospital/twin bed, which made sleeping as comfortable as could be expected under the circumstances. Hanif was kind and helpful and absolutely made my experience a good one. Thank you Hanif!
