I can echo many of the other reviews. I did not like that it was just myself and the technician in the office. Although he was very nice and very professional, it was unsettling. Also, the facility was not CLEAN! The bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was dusty. There was no remote for the tv—which isn’t a huge deal, but watching tv helps me go to sleep. This place has the most incompetent scheduling staff. Trying to schedule a pickup for sleep study equipments and apparently they only do it certain two days and certain times and will not accommodate anything outside of that. I was told I would either have to drive an hour and a half to another location or just take the day off work. Unfortunately most people cannot just take a day off work for a ten minute pickup appointment. They won’t let anyone else pick it up for you either. Honestly, just close this location. Long story short, I just worked my entire day around getting to this location to pick up my equipment for a sleep study, only to find out they closed early, and might have never been here today at all. Good thing I’ve already paid, and they can’t see me again for another 2 months and offered no way to make this right. I gave up before even getting an appointment, the phone system is horrible and then when I finally figured out what option I needed it put me into another phone system that was even worse.
This office is not open most of the day. There is a Gainesville location. Be sure which location you are going to. They sent me to wrong one.
