Worst place I have ever been! Unprofessional and rude! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here!
I'm sure that the providers and staff at this sleep disorders center are capable and compassionate. Unfortunately, they are all run by a rude, demeaning, insensitive billing representative who finds it appropriate to speak to patients as if they are garbage. After multiple conversations with our insurance provider, and an attempt to have an adult conversation with this billing representative (which can't be done without her raising her voice and refusing to discuss any billing matters), we found out that the billing needs to... read more
Train your staff in customer service and stop your shady practices!
Very difficult to deal with staff here have to repeatly ask them for help. Also very expensive

I felt like, I knew more then the doctor. His questions were so broad - anyone could has sleep apt. As far as the staff, maybe I saw them on a bad day! They still, should not carry it on to the patient. I hop you don’t need a follow up- trying to get any manager on the phone is next to impossible-let alone getting their name. Learn from my mistakes! Go somewhere else!
I have had several appointments canceled at the last minute. My last 3 times and counting. Try to order supplies for cpap has taken 4 phone calls that are not returned. Complete indifference from doctors & staff
This place is a nightmare to deal with. The staff is totally incompetent in the level of customer for service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Their billing practices are totally shaky and I think the practice should be investigated
