While I have no qualms with the staff in general, my care was explicitly terminated due to seeking a second-opinion (after several months off of work and severe side effects to a treatment plan). Extremely unprofessional behavior from the physician in question.

The staff were warm and friendly. Dr.Carter was kind, professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Plan extra time to arrive due to the location of the office (ground level of the Hospital).
I had a consultation a few years back that went pretty poorly - this consultation at the Kettering Sleep Disorder Center was an entirely different experience. Meaningful and focused interaction, answers to all my questions, and they fully understood my history of an early age stroke and how it may have caused apnea post recovery. I'm very appreciative of their attentiveness and time they took to fully understand and come up with a plan for me.
I had no problems with the Kettering Medical Sleep Center Study. The people here have been much nicer, have more knowledge and actually analyzed my data with me as opposed to my previously poor experience with Miami Valley South on Clyo Road. The service there ran from rushed and ineffective to referents to my emminent death. So I'll take Kettering Medical's Sleep Center a hundred times over MVS.
