I was never sent ANYTHING in advance to tell me about this sleep study nor was something in mychart. Fortunately I had had two there before and what went on. This experience was just as bad as my other two here (I have also had one out of state that conditions and what went on was much better). The sleep study rooms have too much light, are noisy (staff conversations are easily heard and street noise is incredibly loud as well). All of that makes it hard to sleep. The facility looks old, crowded and needs updating. The study room was not sound or light proof, which impacted the sleep when staff members talked to each other in their work area at night. Some information given to us was not consistent and caused some trouble. Most of the staff were friendly though.
