I have been trying to reach this place to obtain a report for a mutual pt we referred. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone. The line keeps ringing and says voicemail is full. My patient has an upcoming appt with my office and my dr will not be able to provide the pt with her sleep study results. The patient herself even has complained to me about not being to get a hold of this place.
Been a month. No kit received. Will not answer phones. Will not return calls.
If I could rate them with a negative star I would since I never actually got to even get seen by them. My journey started in October or should I say 3months ago when I got a referral from my doctor so I could get a new CPAP and study scheduled. This office either never answers the phone or they do and say the scheduler will call you back which they don’t do. What a disappointing experience, first I waited close to a month to almost get the device shipped. After contacting them they were extremely unprofessional. First I spoke to Maria (Intake specialist), she claimed that after doing a google search my address is not a valid residency. After numerous attempts of ensuring them that this my valid address and I always get my stuff shipped here they denied me every way possible. If there's a zero rating that's what this company deserve. I was assigned a sleep study with apnealink machine which was defective. I requested to repeat the test but they refused and wanted me to get another approval from my medical insurance. It took another month for me to get the approval. After that it was difficult to get appointment for a repeat test from them because they were moving from Rancho to Riverside.
