Outstanding treatment and service. I have had 2 sleep studies and a titration study done at this place and every time it was an extremely pleasant and professional experience. If I could give a zero star review, I would! Unprofessional, Uncaring, and Still Sending Me Bills for a Test That Was Never Completed I was referred to this sleep center by my PCP in 2022 for a sleep study. I picked up the at-home device, completed the test to the best of my ability (I only slept 4 hours — which is exactly why I needed the study), and returned the device a few days later. Id leave zero stars if i could! Very very rude! The lady at the desk attitude is DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING! I walked in my appointment was at 1PM, I got there 12:55PM she immediately said “you’re very early” in a condescending tone. Megan who answers the phone refused to answer simple questions instead densely keeps saying you need a referral. The reason I am calling is they already sent it. Instead of answering my questions, she says referral over and over and over. I never got an answer if I want to deal with them. And I don't! Then she hung up on me. This is suppose to be healthcare? How can these horrible people be employed? It is beyond sickening! Stay away from these horribles!
