Needed new Bipap. Called them and setup a appointment. Made my appt. and waited four weeks and no one got back with me. Called them and had a appt for sleep study. Waited almost 3 weeks after sleep study and no one got back with me. Finally told them to fax me sleep study and prescription. Theres more to this about run arounds. Called C E O of Reid and no phone call returned from him. Heck of a way to take care of Senior Citizens. My name is Jim Wulff and I will not go back to Reid Sleep Center.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication we received from the nurse practitioner that examined my son. She done a quick ,and brief evaluation. She was in a hurry,ordered a strep test ,and that was it. 20 minutes later a female brought in paperwork ,and said nothing to us. Unfortunately,when I asked her if there was a positive or negative result she grabbed the papers out of my hand , and started reading them. I took my 5 year old for a severe cold, cough and ear infections. He has been up for 2 nights coughing and miserable. The NP claimed there wasn't anything to do besides honey for a cough. BS. I will never go back there.
The worst place ever to go. Waited 3 hours and still didn't get to see anyone. Would take my dog there.
This has got to be the WORST Dr. I have ever seen. He asked my pre-teen daughter the most disturbing questions and actually had her in tears demanding answers. Needless to say we left before the appt. was finished and NEVER went back! SHAME on you Dr. Baron and Wegg, and you are supposed to be the professionals!
the surgical staff did not go over anything with us after my spouses surgry. They have had to fill out his fmla paper work 4 times and still did not get it right. resulting in a loss of job for him. would not go back there again dr knoepfler is the one who did it and his office messing up the paper work.
after my spouse had his surgy they did not go over anything with us! dr.knoepflers office has had to fill out simple fmla paper work that they have done 4 times now and have still not got it right resulting in his loss of job. be had more bruseing than anyone else i have seen have their galbladder out. i nor anyone in my family will ever go back to Dr.Knopfler aagain!
