DR. Z WAS EXCELLENT, SO WAS HEATHER, THE DENTAL ASSISTANT.
Dr Z and his staff continue to check ALL the boxes when it comes to the caring and dental services they provide. I had a horrible experience at the dentist as a child, which has left me, at times, almost paralyzed with fear when getting anything more serious than a cleaning. Dr Z and his staff are gentle and caring and that helps thIs scaredy-cat get through without knots in my stomach.
Val treats you like family and puts you so at ease. Very friendly, professional and caring staff. The dentist can't be beat, he is so down to earth and his calm friendly demeanor makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Even though we moved across town, and the office is out of the way we still go there. That speaks volumes for the quality of service and experience that they provide.
This staff and Dr. are exceptional! I was met at the car, walked directly to the room and my appointment began right on time. Dr. Z is really, really good. Calm, quick, capable and kind. My dental assistant was also very good and everything went smoothly. This is by far the best crown I have had done, I've had a few and would highly recommend this office!
Took me in very quickly and got right to it! Can't exactly say I had a good time, but it was a lot more pleasant than many such trips I even got to take a lunch break! Everybody was was very nice - the right balance between caring and getting the job done!
I had accidentally overbooked myself (my fault) to leave town on the same afternoon I was scheduled to have a crown (thought it was a routine cleaning). Rather than rescheduling me, Dr. Z and Heather tag-teamed like champions to get me out swiftly with the most perfectly fitting crown! I can’t believe everything worked so well, despite my best efforts to muck it all up!
Met with Lindsey yesterday and today for a thorough cleaning. She is tops ... one of the best hygienists I've had! Front office was also very pleasnt.

RecommendedOur autistic, non-verbal, epileptic son began going to Sleep Dentistry about 8-10 years ago. In July of 2015 we moved to Yakima and struggled to find a sedation dentist. We struggled to find dental care that would work with our unique situation. So we called sleep dentistry and they easily welcomed us back!
