Saw Dr. Denman and had a very thorough consultation about my sleep apnea. I found Dr. Denman to be very informative and educational. Genuinely cares about the well being of people.
They have the worst new patient induction process. Booked a new patient phone call appointment to discuss my case but no one called. I called their listed number and no one answered. Feeling very disappointed and I can't trust these people with my health.
Awful experience all the way through here. Device didn’t fit properly, and they are nearly impossible to schedule appointments with, whether totally understaffed or just don’t know what they’re doing I’m not sure. Regardless, caused an injury to my jaw by using their device as it’s set which I’m now needing to see another specialist and spend a lot more money to resolve because of this doctor’s negligence and unavailability. Very dissatisfied and encourage anyone else with sleep challenges to look elsewhere.
The quality of service by the doctor and their staff was very classy and respectful. I would recommend Sleep Cycle Center to anybody, they have completely saved my life, my marriage, and I feel absolutely rested every morning!
