They have the worst new patient induction process. Booked a new patient phone call appointment to discuss my case but no one called. I called their listed number and no one answered. Feeling very disappointed and I can't trust these people with my health.
Awful experience all the way through here. Device didn’t fit properly, and they are nearly impossible to schedule appointments with, whether totally understaffed or just don’t know what they’re doing I’m not sure. Regardless, caused an injury to my jaw by using their device as it’s set which I’m now needing to see another specialist and spend a lot more money to resolve because of this doctor’s negligence and unavailability. Very dissatisfied and encourage anyone else with sleep challenges to look elsewhere.
The quality of service by the doctor and their staff was very classy and respectful. I would recommend Sleep Cycle Center to anybody, they have completely saved my life, my marriage, and I feel absolutely rested every morning!
I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Denman at the Sleep Cycle Center. I was fitted with the sleep apnea device and have been wearing it for about 2 months. I am getting used to the device and am starting to sleep more soundly and longer through the night. It is gradually changing my life for the positive.
